The customer service really stood out for me during this visit. Go here if you have any trouble with your mags, tires, balancing or aligning. 2 reputable tire- and mag shops in Bonawe Street in QC have ‘balanced’ my brand new tires and mags, but still on the highway around 90-110 km/h the vibrations were that severe that you could not normally sing and everything was shaking in the car. The shops were saying maybe my axle is bend, my bearings are broken etcetera. I went to Goodyear San Fernando today and explained my vibration issue and my suspicion that the jobs done previously were not done properly. Russel from Goodyear took my explanation really serious and put in very accurate work. The results of his review, the wheels were terribly balanced, I saw it with my own eyes on his balancing machine. He made sure it was done perfect and I’m back home after a 30 minute drive on the highway with no more vibration whatsoever. Very happy customer here!
